Governance Committee
In 2023 the Board of Directors established the Governance Committee to conduct a review of the CDL Bylaws, and to provide ongoing direction and oversight of the development and maintenance of CDL Policies and Procedures.
Committee Accomplishments Include:
- Administrative and Operational Bylaw Amendments, Approved at the 2024 AGM
- Creation of the Emeritus Membership Category (2024)
