CDL Defence Bar Roundtable: St. John's

Join CDL for a one-hour program for defence counsel in St. John's, Newfoundland, hosted by CDL Board member, Steve May of Cox & Palmer.
The afternoon will feature a 30-minute CLE presentation by Claire Dowden of Cox & Palmer on The Anti-Subrogation Rule and Covenants to Insure, examining the circumstances in which the anti-subrogation rule may bar recovery efforts and what counsel should consider when advancing or defending subrogated claims.
Following the presentation, CDL's Executive Director, Danielle Russell, CAE, C. Dir will lead a discussion on current priorities, initiatives, and opportunities to engage with the defence bar community.
CPD Credits: At least 0.5 hours CLE Credits (to be confirmed post-event)
