This  presentation will cover the what, when, why, and how of disclosure under the Rules of Civil Procedure and how to get the most out of your motion when the other side fails to comply with their own procedural obligations. Attendees will walk away with a practical check list of disclosure and motion best practices, solutions to common problems, and less anxiety when showing up in front of a judge to get the remedy your client needs.
