Brought to you by CDL and FOIL, we will hear talks from Professor Richard Susskind,
OBE, KC (Hon), the world’s most cited author on the future of legal services and
President of the Society for Computers and Law, and Professor Maura R. Grossman,
JD, PhD, Research Professor in the School of Computer Science at the University of
Waterloo and Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, a widely cited author on
electronic discovery and generative AI.
Each talk will look at the opportunities and the challenges for defence lawyers
presented by generative AI. A Q&A session follows the talks - 2 hours of CPD
