Letter from the Editor
December 9, 2025 - Letter from the Executive Director
Yesterday marked our final CLE Session of 2025; year that has featured nearly two-dozen webinars, symposia, conferences and special events.
None of this would be possible without the dozens of CDL members who dedicate their time and talents to identifying trending topics, connecting with expert speakers, and providing their own thought leadership.
This year we established a new Strategic Plan, celebrated CDL’s 30th Anniversary, and welcomed a new member of the CDL Team – our Senior Manager of Membership and Marketing, Amy Mosquera.
There will be plenty of time for an in-depth look at all CDL has accomplished this last trip around the sun; expect to see some data backed reflections in early 2026.
For now, the CDL team is working to wrap up the year that was, and get ready for an exciting 2026; expect to see out-of-office notices start to pop-up and a full closure of our office from December 23, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
We wish you, your colleagues, and families happy holidays, no matter what or how you celebrate.
Our next issue will publish on March 3, 2026, with a wrap up of our next Annual General Meeting, and an introduction to the 2026/2027 Board of Directors.
