Medical Cannabis: Coverage, Quantum, and the Effect of Legalization
Now that Cannabis is de-criminalized, it has made its way even more to the fore of medical insurance, home insurance, and tort claims. Issues of coverage (or lack thereof) and quantum are being viewed in a new light and claims are becoming more and more common (and costly). Jillian will review current issues around insurance coverage for cannabis, quantum and valuation of awards, as well as issues surrounding policy exclusions.
