CDL CANCELLATION POLICY 

The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received 10 business days or more before the programme. Cancellations received between 6 and 9 business days will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations received 5 business days before the programme will not be refunded but the registrant will receive the course materials and a certificate for $25 good for any CDL programme held within the next 12 months. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time without charge. CDL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule, to change speakers, locations and/or revise content as necessary
